Details on prices, shipping and payment options
Prices:
All prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other components of the price.
Shipping costs:
Different rates apply for shipping within Germany and Austria. The exact shipping costs are clearly listed both in the shopping cart and on the final page of the order.
Payment options:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the following payment methods are available for orders within Germany:

Credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard etc.): Payment is processed securely via the payment service provider Stripe.

PayPal: Use the option of fast and secure payment via your PayPal account.

Bank transfer: If you do not have a PayPal account or a credit card, you can transfer the amount directly to our account. The order will be shipped after receipt of payment on our account.
Delivery information:
We ship our products both within Germany and to Austria. After placing your order, we process your order immediately and usually ship original works of art within 7-10 working days via Deutsche Post or DHL. The usual delivery time within Germany is 2-3 working days. As we cannot directly influence the delivery process after handover to the shipping service provider, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. Please note that shipping to other countries may take additional time.
