5.1 Delivery shall be made to the specified address. Delivery will only fail for reasons for which the customer is responsible.

9 Applicable law

German law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This only applies to consumers if protection is not withdrawn by the law of the country of residence.

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
