My works &#8211; such as<em data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"633\">&#8220;Powers of a new Spring rising&#8221;<\/em> and<em data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"665\">&#8220;A Moment of Understanding&#8221;<\/em> &#8211; are explorations of inner landscapes, shaped by encounters with the world around us. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\" data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"1040\">Abstraction allows me to communicate beyond language and create an immediate connection between the viewer and the image. Each work becomes a balance of color, form and texture &#8211; a dialogue about what works in us before we can name it. <\/p><p style=\"text-align: left\" data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1290\">In the process of painting, I look for the moment when clarity arises &#8211; when emotion, perception and expression meet.
